DRV8711: BOOST board

I am currently using the DRV8711-BOOST board in my design. The motor I am trying to drive has the following specs;

Phase resistance: 1.0mohms

Phase inductance : 3.5mH

Rated current: 3.5A

I use the following settings for the register 0 to register 6 respectively; d10, 3ff, 030, 180, 510, f40, 050

I keep getting Channel A or B pre-driver fault occasionally no matter what setting I use. Due to this, I cannot operate the motor reliably.

Any suggestions?
