DRV8870: The output PWM waveform is unstable with 90ns jitter

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The output PWM signal is unstable with a duty cycle jitter error of 90 ns. The logic level and duty cycle of the input are stable. What's the possible reason for this?
