BOOSTXL-DRV8323RH: universal_motorcontrol_lab 4 : change MCU to F280023PTSR 48 Pins

Hi,

Can anyone help to review my schematic which's based on LAUNCHXL-F280025C + BOOSTXL-DRV8323RH combo but 

1. MCU replaced with 280023PTSR 48 Pins

2. communicate DRV8323RH with SPI rather than Hardware

3. Use only TMS and TCK as JTAG connector 

4. Boot Mode GPIO19_X1 and GPIO18_X2 tie to 3.3v as BOOT from FLASH
