DRV8353RS-EVM: DRV8353RS-EVM GHB issue

1.We tested the DRV8353RS-EVM, connected to a 24V, about 200W motor, using the test tool to make the motor rotate, but after adjusting the parameters, the motor does not run smoothly,
The picture below is the output signal of the removed motor, the output waveform within a few seconds after pressing the start, I think the GHB output is faulty,
Among them, CH1 is the voltage of GHB to ground, CH3 is the voltage of GHA to ground, CH2/CH4 is the voltage of MOTB/MOTA,
After removing Q6, the internal resistance of GHB and SHB is about 54Ω, which is obviously too small. It should be DRV8353RSRGZR that is blocked (FAULT lights up)

2. Why does the DRV8353RS - GHB fault occur, but not the MOSFET, and how can I avoid a similar situation? Any suggestions?
