MCF8316AEVM: cannot read or write EEPROM

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The evaluation board does not work.

After power-on, the GUI communication status is normal and the D6 cycle blinks. Read and write EEPROM or motor parameters, using E2PROM as an example, a red prompt box pops up in the lower left corner of the GUI:! Inital Read failed   X

The prompt box then changes to the “Hardware not Connected" and a dialog box pops up in the middle of the GUI: "Connectivity issue There is an issue with the device connectivity. Please restart the GUI. OKAY"

The problem persists after restarting the GUI. Could you help check this case? Thanks.
