DRV8714-Q1: AREF and current sensing

For DRV8714s-Q1, several questions need your help, thanks!

• The figure below is the block diagram of the op amp inside the 8714. The power supply of AREF is 5V, and we expect the voltage at point A to be 5V. How should the IC be configured to stabilize the voltage at this point at 5V? What are the resistance values of Rref1 and Rref2? What is the output voltage range at point A?

• The current acquisition SHUNT of our circuit is placed on the ground end of the bridge, as shown in the figure below. Is there any problem with the connection of PGND, SP, and SN?

• What are the precautions for PGND, SP, and SN on the Layout trace?
