DRV2605: Does DRV2605 support boot buzz when the mobile is still not power on?

Hi TI support

         Does DRV2605 support boot buzz when the mobile is still not power on? 

         By that time, no calibration, no I2C clock, could we send waveform through I2C and vibrate?
