TPS26631PWPR PGOOD SOA

I was looking for SOA for your internal PGOOD FET.  I need to evaluate whether it can handle the transient current that it may sink. 

I have ~ 100 ohms as a buffer for ~1.5-2uF capacitance load. 

If you don't have the SOA, can you provide specification for transient current max versus time?  TPS26631PWPR
