DRV8300DRGE-EVM: when using DRV8300 in Motor Contorl, what circuit should be added to protect MOS from damage

--Compared to DRV8353, DRV8300  is not  smart gate driver  , which has no more protection function ;

so when using DRV8300,  what circuit should be added to protect MOS from damage;

--now in my circcuit , I had add the circuit of  bus current dection , when the bus current exceed  the set_value, the comparator will be high, then turn off all MosFETs;

the circuit as follows:

--but  MOS  also be damaged  in some conditions , 

so plz help me to check what other circuit should be added to protect MOS from damage
