DRV8718-Q1: Abnormal VCP output voltage after power up

Hi team

My customer reported that VCP is abnormal occasionally after power up when VCP almost equals to PVDD, however for normal condition VCP is ~10V higher than PVDD. Have you met similar problem before? And what is the possible reason?
