Here're few questions from the customer may need your help:
1) What is the allowable error for this sensor calibration?
2) Why does the amplitude of the test values of the haptic acceleration sensors differ by 25mV?
3) In addition to the instructions for testing the haptic acceleration with the mobile phone to verify that the product is qualified, is there any other way to verify that the haptic acceleration is acceptable?(Because the customer don't know what the vibration amplitude is set by phone)
4) Same as point 3, how to confirm if the test values of the sensor are deviated after a long period of usage?
5) Does the DRV-ACC16-EVM model specify at what temperature, humidity environment to use?
6) Is there any device with a known acceleration?
