DRV8350R: abnormal GDUV, VGLS voltage issue

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Issue: gate driver is damaged

VGLS voltage: 3V.

S/W Configuration: Drive current-1A/2A, Gate Drive Resistor-22ohm, MOS-IPB042N03 G (2 plus, separate 22ohm per MOS)

The customer suspect the gate driver internal LDO is damaged.

1) What are the possible causes?

2) What is the 22ohm resistance that needs to be increased?

3) Is there any difference between adjusting the drive current and drive resistance, which one is better?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
