DRV110: Incorrect Tkeep and oscillating Out on peak current

hi i have an issue with the DRV110, i set the following parameters to achieve 2A Peak Current and 0.2A Hold Current, also set the Ckeep to be 2.2uf which supposed to give 220ms keep time.

the thing is , im getting wrong values. my power supply sees 0.1 Hold current and i see the peak jumps to 1.4 max..

also i dont understand why the gate switching on the Peak time after it was stable for a while.

the greed one is the Coil - pin voltage measurement.

the yellow one is the OUT gate.

as you can see here , i turn on the power supply 28V , it stays for 164ms on Peak but for some reason a part of that peak is oscillated... why? doesnt it supposed to stay on stable for the tkeep set? and only then to toggle to hold current?
