DRV8711: heat issue

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The temperature of the chip is relatively high, and the motor temperature reaches around 55℃ when holding current, and the temperature reaches about 72℃ when operating. The customer would like to know how to rule out what's the case.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
