DRV8714-Q1: power off braking function

Dear team,

For the option 1,  when our device monitors PVDD overvoltage by itself, low side mosfet will be on, right? So this option works in active mode. It will be disabled in sleep mode because our chip can't achieve OV monitor under sleep mode, right?

Is there any application of DRV8714 in the tailgate strut? If yes, can you provide relevant application experience and email to me? thanks!
