DRV8825EVM: DRV8825EVM Fault Pin Issue

I am using DRV8825 IC in my design, in this current limit is setted, but fault pin not working in case of any disturbance in motor movment & if manual stop the movment , Then Fault pin must goes to low, But it is not going low, , Please suggest what may be possible reason for this issue???
