We are looking for an integrated three phase motor controller for two of our projects for 24V, 15A continuous, three phase motor to implement FOC. Due to lack of enough space, the design has to be as compact as possible. We are wondering what solutions TI can offer meeting these requirements and reliable. We are more interested in solutions with integrated MOSFETs ( preferably NO GaN) This is so urgent so appreciate your quick response.
