DRV2700: Can I drive a piezo speaker with a DRV8662 or DRV2665 instead of a DRV2700?

Hello,

I checked that the DRV2700EVM drives a 30nF capacitance piezo speaker/bender at 2.5kHz with 200Vp-p.

Can drv8662 and drv2665 operate under the same conditions?

If those are not possible, is the DRV2700 the only one that can operate in this condition?
