Asking for DRV8818 schematic review for FA case

Hi Team,

Can you help review the DRV8818 schematic for the FA case and provide your comment for the fail case?

Customer did the FA analysis and found the fail is on the DRV8818.

1. The fail rate is 5%. (totally 20pcs)
2. Customer did the A-B-A swap experiment, the fail is on the fail IC.
3. Customer measure the output A and output B start up current. The current is up to 3.58A and 2.68A. the normal is around 0.91A.
