DRV8714-Q1: Mixed Using of DRV8714 and DRV8718

Hello Team, following question from customer:

I would have a question regarding DRV8718S / 14S. In my circuit I am going to use both of them. 56 pin.
The 0ohm resistors marked by red will be populated only when 14S is used.
The NC pins (marked by yellow) in case of DRV8714S are really not connected  or is there any connection(impedance) between them?

My circuit is feasible only if there is no connection between them, otherwise I have to disconnect them from NC pins as well.
