DRV8825: Some chip output pins have glitch on falling edge

Hi team,

Making recommended design per data manual, mode2 mode1 mode0 floating separately, 3.3v 0 ohm pull-up, 3.3v 0 ohm pull-up, step input 10khz pwm wave, some chip motor output pin 312.5hz, the output has a 1-us glitch after the falling edge, in the magnitude of the supply voltage, as shown in the figure below:

The customer would like to know will it have any side effects when using and how to remove it.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
