DRV8308: How to clear CPFAIL error?

Dears,

The customer is debugging DRV8308, there is a problem that the CPFAIL setting in register 0X2A is 1, and then measures that the VCP is 22 V and the VM is 12 V, which should be normal.

Then, after writing 0x00 to register 0x2A, read 0x2A, CPFAIL is still 1. In the same way, other registers can be read and written properly.

Excuse me, if I clear the CPFAIL method is correct? What other reasons cause CPFAIL error?
