DRV8353RS-EVM: CHIP fails with fault status UVLO and GDUV bit set

Using DRV8353RS-EVM I could run 36v 250W BLDC motor with 25 Khz 1x PWM and HALL sensors connected for 2 hours with 99% duty cycle

However later sometime I disconnected the battery to the board and manually rotated the BLDC motor by hand which powered the board momentarily, I could see power LED glowing

When I repeated this for 5 - 6 times suddenly fault LED lit up, then I connected the battery again to check if everything is fine but fault led still turned ON

I could see UVLO and GDUV bits are set in the fault status register.

I want to understand what could cause GDUV and UVLO bits set,

is it possible the reverse voltage [when i measure it reached max of 15v] from the motor when i rotated by hand can cause this issue ?
