My customer is looking for the alternative part instead of TA8050FG/Toshiba.
I am thinking DRV8871-Q1 would be suitable for that.
As the double-confirmation, I would like to make sure the Rds(on) definition.
The datasheet defines;
High-side FET max = 610mohm
Low-side FET max = 500mohm
Is the definition under higher temperature over 125 deg.C?
Please give your advice.
