Looking at latest datasheet SLOS854D from May 2014, Revised March 2018 it appears that formula 8 and 9 in section 8.5.2.2 (Overdrive Voltage-Clamp Programming) is swapped.
Equation 8 listed for ERM contains BLANKING_TIME and IDISS_TIME which is only applicable for LRA according to Figure 25 (Calibration-Engine Functional Diagram).
I think it also would be much more helpfull if the equations 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 were transformed to their appropriate notations for calculating the RATED_VOLTAGE and OD_CLAMP register values as there is very little reason to calculate backwards from a register value to find out what voltages that equates to. The chapters are supposed to guide in setting up chip and for doing calibration.
