DRV8837C: using Drv8837C IC for rotating motor in forward or reverse direction

I have seen the datasheet for motor driver drv8837c . Following are the queries:-

1>Whether it is Half H bridge or Dual H Bridge?

2>In the Evaluation Board of drv8837c, the jumper connections are used to change the direction of rotation for the motor. I plan to use the single IC (of DRV8837C) on my PCB board to rotate my brushed DC motor in forward and reverse direction using a micro-controller.Is it possible to achieve this?
