DRV8824: Cannot generate V3P3OUT

Hi,

I placed in my board, two driver stepper stage using DRV8824 as in the following image.

I think I configured the driver as described in the datasheet. When +12V power supply is present, no voltage is present at V3P3OUT pin.

Am i wrong something?
