DRV8350R: 80V input

Hi, 

      I am layout for the system of DRV8350R. And I wan to ask the safe distance for PCB routing between VCC and GND. VCC max is 100V. What I found on the internet was 200Vmax per 1mm. But the capacitors what I used are 0603 between VCC and GND, the distance of 0603 footprint is 0.6mm.  So I wondered that what the distance should I choose. And is any problem about DRV8350R apply to the 80V input?
