DRV120 - output

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask DRV120?

Block diagram on the datasheet P7, it seems that UVLO and Thermal Shutdown don't connected to PWM control.
So, if UVLO or Thermal Shutdown occur, the output pin can't stop operating.
Is our recognition correct?
