DRV8332-HT: Validation test data

Hi ,

I would like to use DRV8332-HT in high temperature (175 degree C) environment  for Long time(10 yrs) . 

What kind of test procedure have you done to spec the component for 175 Degree C  ?

Is that driver can survive our condition ?

Could you please share the test data ?
