Hi Team,
The customer's board uses 6 DRV8870 to drive the motor. There are 2 problems need your help.
1. The chip burned and the PCB copper was gone.
2. The surface of the chip is not damaged. The customer uses a multimeter to measure the output and it has a voltage. Once loaded, it hasn't output. And the six DRV8870 on the board are like this. I have attached circuit diagram.
The customer said that this was happened at the time of power-on.
