My team recently built a driver board featuring the DRV83055 gate driver and had success in spinning a motor. However, after several experiments to drive the motor the DRV chip appears to have latched fault status - AVDD low. PVDD is at 13V, AVDD measures 0V, DVDD measures 3.3V. There are no devices connected to the VREG pin.
Removing and reapplying power to the PVDD pin doesn't appear to reset the driver successfully. Using a launchpad to command sleep and wake also did not work, and neither did commanding clr_flt.
How might I get AVDD back to 5V again?
