客户在开关机测试中发下有部分DRV8812不能正常的问题。
1.原理图如下。
2. The following figure is the test waveform on the third foot VCP. The first waveform is normal. The voltage on the VCP rises from 7.6V to 26V. The DRV8812 can work normally.
The second waveform is that the voltage on the VCP drops from VCP to 12V, then power on again. When it rises to 26V, it will be pulled to 22V. DRV8812 can not work properly.
The customer's question is how much V the VCP voltage will fall to, and it will not be wrong to re-energize, depending on what parameters.
(The third and fourth feet of DATASHEET, plus a 1M resistor, can accelerate the decline of VCP voltage.)
