DRV8302: GVDD output zero voltage

 I’m' working on the development of a BLDC motor driver and I'm using the DRV8302 as a gate driver

this is my sch and brd

Note: R1 to R6 are all shorted

my configuration:

M_PWM 5V

M_OC 0V

GAIN 0V

OC_ADJ 3V

EN_GATE 5V

but it seems that i have a problem:

- GVDD pin output 0V even when EN_GATE is HIGH

- AVDD and DVDD are 680mV

-it does not draw current when i connect it to the power supply, and i am testing it with no load.

there is no fault:

- nFAULT is High

- nOCTW is High
