I suggest DRV8702D-Q1 to my customer,and I have some question.
Please give advice about it.
(1)My customer want to separate the GND on the control side and the load side for motor noise,
But can they use DRV8702D-Q1 for the IC and FET+motor GND separately?
If so, how much does it affect the accuracy of current detection?
(2)Their usage is to put a 100% ON pulse into the DC motor without current regulation,
in that case, the control signal is the H and L signals instead of the PWM signal?
(3)If they do not use the nFAULT, Sense Output,
I think VREF, and nSLEEP pins are set below. Is this correct?
nFault:open
Sense output:open
VREF:pull up
nSLEEP:pull up
◆Spec
・Load：DC motor of Wiper
・Vin:12V
・Motor current:40A
・Current reguration is not need
・OCP protection need
・They want simple interface
