Both Usage of VREG & 3.3V LDO

Dear, Sir.

My customer would like to use VREG(Linear Mode) output current max. 2.5mA

for external & 3.3V LDO output current max. 2.5mA for external.

Is it no problem considering heating issue & derating?

It is not sure based on the datasheet definition because 5mA 3.3V LDO output

current is defined VREG no load , so Please give your advice about that.
