We want to drive a BDC motor from Anaheim (BDC-168-R-24-3500-S-CB-W6) which drive IC is best suited for this device.
We came across this part http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/drv8873.pdf which has peak current drive capability of 10A.
>How does the IC manage the starting current for the motor is it inherently controlled by the IC or we have send the command for that also (for softstart of the motor).
> Any TI IC capable of higher current for example 15A or so. The rated current for this motor is 11A.
> Do you have suggestions of ICs without integrated half bridge (only with pins for gate pulse generation and protections).
