DRV8353RS-EVM: Target speed is reached in the GUI while the motor doesn't spin at all

Hello,

I kindly ask you to help me with the following:

I'm using a DRV8353RS-EVM board + ISO F28027F. I have installed all the software tools(CCS + motorware + DRV8353Rx-1.0.1.setup-win_7.0.0.exe) according to the documentation and I have succesfully run my motor (FOC Motor Control ). I have used the default binary appProgram.out (the one available after installing the GUI) and also the compiled motorware solution output ...... both of them worked just fine.

The thing is that suddenly I wasn't able to spin the motor. The motor profile succeded but when I try to spin it, the RPM in the GUI increases but the motor doesn't move at all, not even in the wrong way ... is completely stand still, without any sign of action. I have restarted everything, reinstalling the GUI, but nothing.

Then I have installed the GUI composer and tried from there but the same scenario ........ motor profile success -> start the motor -> RPM in the GUI increase and reaches the target speed while the motor is completely shut off ... not even the slightest sign of movement.

The motor is an ordinary e-bike bosch motor using a 36V battery.

Another thing to notice while profiling the motor is that somethime Rs/Ls value is set to an absurd value of many GHz or higher;

Connecting to target, uploading the binary etc ... is always ok.

I have attached two profiles using the same setup/binary, but the result are different.
