Possible DRV8805 datasheet errors?

Unless I'm mistaken, there are several inaccuracies regarding the connection of the motor on theDRV8805 datasheet (SLVSAW3D - Revised Jan 2016). On page 1, the "Simplified Schematic" shows a bipolar motor (this being a unipolar driver) with one side of one phase connected to VM and the other phase connected in bipolar driver fashion.
On page 10 & 11 phase excitation tables, I believe the output pin names OUT2 and OUT3 should be swapped. With this correction, I believe it is more common to list OUT1, OUT3, OUT2, and OUT4 as Phase A, Phase B, Phase \A, and Phase \B, respectively. See http://www.nmbtc.com/step-motors/engineering/full-half-and-microstepping/ figure 5b. Granted that's a bipolar stepper being shown, but the concept that you don't drive both sides of one phase at the same level holds true. Also see On Semiconductor's STK672 "2-phase excitation timing charts" which likewise show the two sides of each center-tapped coil never driven together.
Finally, on page 12, Figure 7, the motor connections illustrate the error that I believe exists on pages 10 & 11. One of the windings is shown as connected to OUT1 and OUT2, but per the phase excitation tables such connection would be useless (energizes both sides of the same phase coil together). Indeed, I tested a motor with the illustrated connections and it did not step properly. The correct connection, I found, is to connect one winding to OUT1 & OUT3, and the other to OUT2 & OUT4.

Can anybody confirm?
