DRV8834 About Sleep mode at -10 degrees Celsius

Hi,

My customer is using DRV8834.
He operated DRV8834 into Sleep mode at -10 degrees Celsius by inputing low level logic from MCU to nSleep pin.
But DRV8834 did not enter Sleep mode.
Please see the attached file of page 1.
He inputed low level logic to nSleep pin for 4us at -10 degrees Celsius.
But Current is operated as H bridge is eneble, and nFault is high level.

and DRV8834 can into sleep mode nomaly even 4us low period at Ta=25.

Also, He changed the period low logic for nSleep pin to over 6us at Ta=-10, then I think DRV8834 is into sleep mode.

Q1: How long time low level logic should we input to nSleep pin at -10 degrees Celsius?
Input deglitch time is 468ns (max) in datasheeet.
Is this device is no problem?

Q2: Please see the attached file of page 3.
This is waves at 2ms period of low level logic.
Why does Fault become to high level while nSleep is low?
Is this operation correct?
