When my DRV8323s motor drive circuit accelerated to over-current protection, VGS of MOS tube had a series of ringing after PWM control drop edge. I don't know what happened. This problem has led to errors in chip gate drive and motor shutdown.
TI's demo board also rings with the same configuration, but it's not as big as mine.
My register configuration is overcurrent protection 10A, MOS tube pull current 1A, fill current 2A, using NMOS CSD18533, current sampling resistance 50mR;
The waveforms before acceleration are clean, and there will be rings in several PWM cycles just after acceleration, until DRV8323 detects the grid drive voltage error and stops the motor control.
The internal waveform of the image is the VGS grabbed from the tube on the A bridge.
