Is it O.K. to periodically run into the overtemperature zone of the DRV8412? The DRV is then turning off (Overtemperature warning, OTW Flag at 125C°, typical) an is latching this state until cooled down and re enabled. That’s all fine.
Will the part be weakened because of this procedure - should I have a separate circuit that turns the DRV off earlier, e.g. if it reaches 90°C?
