Hello Guys
i have a essential question about the DRV8837/38. How much is the current at the control Inputs and total current when nSLEEP = 0V?
I have VCC=2.5V VM=3.6V
From the datasheet:
Page 1: Low-Power Sleep Mode With 120-nA Maximum Sleep Current.
Page 5: VM sleep mode supply current = (max) 95 nA and VCC sleep mode supply current = (max) 25 nA.
But Input logic low current = (max) 5µA for all control Inputs.
It doesnt say explicitly if that is the case only when awake or also when sleeping.
So how much must i except to draw (at maximum), when all 3 logic Inputs are low?
Is it 95nA + 25nA + 5µA or 95nA + 25nA + 15µA or 95nA + 25nA?
My point is i need a H-Bridge Driver which consumes max 3 µA (i would like 1 µA max) in sleep mode.
