DRV8320: Decoupling SH Pins with OP AMP

Hello,

due to a measurment of the motor coil resistance i need to decouple the SH Pins with an Op Amp (Non-inverting Voltage Follower).

So my Question is, if it is possible to decouple the SH Pins without any negative effect to my motor driving unit.

The VDS and IDRIVE Pin are both pulled directly to 3V3. The Driver runs on 1x PWM Mode.
