DRV8840: Can the maximum voltage of VCP be defined?

Hi Experts,

My customer is asking me the maximum voltage on VM pin. Could you help me to answer to this question?

I found another E2E thread which said " Normally you will see about VM + 10~12V in VCP pin when the device is not in SLEEP." And VM=24V under customer's condition. The volatge on VCP may be 34~36V But I'd like to know its maximum value.

The DRV8840 datasheet said "Connect a 0.1-μF 16-V ceramic capacitor" in p.3 "6. Pin Configuration and Functions" table. So, I think it should be less than 40V but 40V must have too much marge to assume the maximum voltage.
