DRV8601: DRV8601 , REFOUT pin Voltage

Dear TI Team,

I am using DRV8601DRBR

As per datasheet, the internal Voltage divider at the REFOUT pin of this device sets the common mode voltage to VDD/2.

But, In our circuit setup as shown below, the voltage at the REFOUT = 0V.

Can you guide through this weird behavior?

Here VCC=3.3V;

EN,PWM, and GAIN are applied from MCU
