Recommended Operating Conditions
Ta = - 40 - 85 ° C
Tj =?
How old is Tj? (Tj = -40 to 150 ℃?)
If Tj = 150 ° C.
I want to use at Ta = 105 ℃.
Is it possible to use with low Pd and Ta = 105 ℃?
An example
Pd = (150 - 105) / 60.9 = 0.738 W
Used lower than 0.738 W.
