DRV8353: Is 100V really the maximum voltage?

Hey forum,

We're looking at making our power stage for a BLDC motor more robust by switching from the DRV8323 to the DRV8353, but I've got a couple questions that we're clear to me from studying the datasheets.

1) Can the DRV8353 be operated from 100V on all the input pins, I see in the datasheet the max Vm pin voltage is 80V?

2) Other than the slight differences in pinning, is the SPI configuration, and general operation, of this device identical to the DRV8323 (if so we don't need to overhaul our firmware).
