DRV11873: Datasheet Clarification - Core Logic, LDO, Pullups

Hi Team,

I have a couple questions that I'd like to get your clarification on regarding the DRV11873:

1. In the functional block diagram for the DRV11873 there is block defined as "core logic". I'd like to confirm whether or not this is a MCU? Specifically, is there software that's running inside the chip? For this particular application, it's important that we have complete control over all SW. 

2. What is the dropout voltage of the 5V LDO?

3. Can I pullup the RD and FG pins to 3.3V rather than to the VCC voltage?
