Customer using DRV8320H with 8KHz switching freq, the case temperature of the device is about 70-degree. However, when switching freq is increased up to 50KHz. The case temp goes up to 100degree above, it violating the design temp limit.
1. How to improve it and keep 50KHz?
2. Is there any simulator to calculate the power dissipation of the DRV8320H?
3. Is DRV8320H suited with this application? What other suited device is suggested?
